Typically, our minimum stay is three months, though we can make exceptions, just ask us. Our maximum stay is one year per contract, though you can renew it as many times as you like.

Yes, you can extend your stay beyond the expected date if you give us enough notice and we have availability. You can cancel your stay if you have completed the minimum stay period and you notify us more than a month in advance.

When we provide you with the price of our properties, we’ll give you the room price with all utilities included. All expenses, such as internet, electricity, water, heating, community fees, trash collection fees, and taxes, are included in the price. Our properties are always furnished and come with all appliances and household items. Of course, you have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom.

Poppylife is for people who want to live in community, share, and grow. We like our #poppyroomers to share our community values: respect, positive impact, curiosity, local essence, and global community. These values define how we live and share our experiences with those around us. The goal of living together is to enrich each other as human beings. Our colivers are usually between 20 and 35 years old.

No, you’ll pay the same price as agreed, regardless of how many rooms are occupied.

Yes, you can bring visitors and guests. #poppyroomers are responsible for the people they allow into PoppyLife properties. Guests are allowed as long as they do not stay in the apartment for more than two consecutive days. If you bring guests, you must notify the other roommates in advance.

We love animals, but we don’t allow pets at this time.

No smoking in common areas out of respect for other #poppyroomers, but you can in open areas and on terraces.

Our properties are in high demand. You can book in advance as long as there is availability for those dates and it doesn’t require us to keep a room empty. Ask us and we’ll see what we can do.

If we have availability, we usually allow you to switch locations.

To make a reservation at PoppyLife you will need to pay a one-month security deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, which will be returned to you when you move out, and along with the first month’s rent, pay a Service Fee of $120 per room that includes administrative and contract costs and liability insurance.
