Reservation and Security Deposit
The amount deposited as a reservation or deposit, once the contract is signed, will become the security deposit. This security deposit will be returned once the contract ends and provided that the room and the rest of the common areas of the apartment are in the same condition as at the beginning of the contract.
Due to the landlord’s obligation to contract liability insurance covering damages, losses, and risks that the tenant may incur, the tenant will be charged forty euros (€40) in the first invoice, representing the proportional cost of the insurance during the contract’s validity.
The management of the room rental incurs a fee of €90, which will be charged only on the first rental invoice.
These fees are non-refundable.
