Room Use<\/h1><\/div>

  • The rented room is for the exclusive use of the tenant and may not be shared with others, except for guests.<\/li>\n
  • In shared apartments, rooms are for individual use. Room sharing is only allowed in our apartments where the #poppyroomers<\/span> enjoys the entire apartment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

      Rules of Conduct<\/h1><\/div>

      • The tenant shall comply with the rules of use and Community regulations governing the properties and, in any case, with those of good neighborliness.<\/li>\n
      • The tenant agrees to maintain, at all times, a good coexistence with the other people staying in the apartment. Failure to comply with this commitment will be grounds for contract termination.<\/li>\n
      • The tenant agrees not to bring toxic or flammable materials, or mechanisms dangerous to the property, into the apartment, being liable in any case for any damages resulting from non-compliance.<\/li>\n
      • It is prohibited to use the room for any purpose other than the one specified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
